These have now become a must have for me, before discovering these I suffered with constipation regularly, I now take these daily and my issues have subsided.  I find 3 in the morning and 3 after my tea work for me, they don’t make me feel bloated or anything which was an initial concern I had prior to trying these.  The gummies are very moorish and taste really good, sometimes I have to remind myself that there’s not sweets :-) they don’t taste chemically or fibrous just a lovely sweet peach taste. 

I have only recently started and eased myself into it based on the recommendations. The gummies themselves taste nice. Looking forward to seeing some improvements as time progresses.

I followed the directions to the letter, but despite working up to the maximum dose, these didn't make a difference to my gut health. The taste is pleasant and the texture is fine, but I really can't recommend these. This is especially as you have to take up to six gummies a day. I'd say only to buy these if you really struggle with getting fibre otherwise.

The orange gummies look and taste great. Im fond of sweet so it kind of compensated for my sweet cravings in a healthy way. Love the fact that it contains Vitamin D3 and is a great fibre source. Initially it didnt make much of noticeable difference but having the gummies regularly did start to work and have positive effects on the digestive system. I do believe it works on building immunity too. My overall opinion about the product is postive and great for the price as well. With 60 gummies, itll last for around 2 months.

Tasty little gummies, they have a satisfying texture and a nice, light sweet peach taste. They a a slightly firm jelly texture and eating them is like having a little treat. Love that they are gluten free and not overly sweet. I already take probiotics and consume a relatively high fibre diet, but I also travel a lot so sticking to a healthy diet isn't always the easiest. Throwing these in tlmy bag when I'm going to be on the road for a while is reassuring as I can still keep my gut happy. I found them pleasant and enjoyable to take, they're like a little candy. I didn't notice a huge difference while taking them, but feel that if you are somebody who struggles to eat a lot of veggies and fibre, these will make it much easier for you. The suggested serving is 6 per day so they do work out to be quite expensive. If you're struggling with digestive health and including enough fibre in your diet, these might be a great, tasty solution for you.

I suffer from irregular bowel movements and frequent constipation due to an underactive thyroid, despite having a good amount of fibre in my diet. I have tried Fructooligosaccharides in the past, but this has been in a powder that you have to add to a drink. I found it just too much hassle and I would forget to take it. I wasn't expecting dramatic or significant results from these gummies to be honest. But - what a revelation! These gummies have been amazing - they have regulated my bowel movements - now much easier and more regular, no bouts of constipation. I found that I only need one or two gummies per day to keep me regular. They taste great as well. They are going to be a regular purchase from now on - highly recommended!
